I got this recipe from Weight Watchers. I make it for every holiday. My family loves it. You could do the full fat version, but I think this one is so good you won't miss the extra fat. The original recipe called for fresh jalapenos and stovetop cooking. Ingredients:
8oz package light cream cheese |
1 can turkey chili with no beans |
1/4 cup minced onion |
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce |
2 tbsp canned chopped jalapeno (use more or less to suite your taste) |
baked tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients except tortilla chips into crockpot set on low heat. 2. Heat for approximately 1 1/2 hours until hot and melted, stiring occasionally. 3. Serve with tortilla chips. |
