I like this recipe because it is light, refreshing and tasty! My mum made it when I was little and she invented the recipe. I altered it a bit to fit, me being anorexic and all. Hope you enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 pint strawberry
1 pint fat free cream
low-fat chocolate
Directions:
1. Puree the fruit.
2. Whip up you cream (add honey or Splenda if you please).
3. Mix the strawberries and whipped cream.
4. Fill the mixture into Dixie cups.
5. Insert popsicle sticks.
6. Freeze overnight.
7. When ready, pull our of cup and drizzle with low fat chocolate (if you desire.
8. ENJOY!
