Ingredients:
1/3 cup(s) parmesan |
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1 clove(s) garlic |
1/2 tablespoon(s) dijon |
2 anchovy fillets |
1 tablespoon(s) evoo |
3 tablespoon(s) plain greek yogurt |
2 tablespoon(s) mayo |
1/2 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce |
salt & pepper, as needed |
Directions:
1. In blender/food processor add the cheese, lemon juice, garlic clove, mustard and the anchovies - turn machine on, let run for a few seconds - add oil, mayo, Worchestershire sce, yogurt and salt & pepper and let the machine run for another 15 seconds |
