This is a recipe from the Skinny B**** in the Kitch Cookbook. I am opying it here to get the nutrition information. Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour |
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt |
1 1/2 cups rice milk (or other dairy-free milk) |
2 tablespoons safflower oil |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. 2. Whisk together wet ingredients in separate bowl. 3. Whisk wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined (lumps are okay). 4. Pour batter onto preheated, nonstick pan until browned, then flip. |
