Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup cooked chicken breast
10 ounces reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
1 cup low-fat biscuit mix
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
1. In a pie plate, combine mixed frozen vegetables, chicken breast, and mushroom soup.
2. In a separate bowl, mix biscuit mix with milk.
3. Pour on top of the filling in the pan.
4. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
