Ziti pasta and stir-fry style vegetables are cooked in low-fat sun-dried tomato sauce, making this quick dish a one-pot meal. Ingredients:
2 cups low-fat sun-dried tomato and herb pasta sauce |
2 cups water |
8 ounces ziti pasta, uncooked |
1 (10-ounce) package fresh stir-fry vegetables (about 2 1/2 cups) |
3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded provolone cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine pasta sauce and water in a large skillet; bring to a boil. Add pasta and vegetables. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. 2. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with cheese. |
