Found this on another web site. Didn't tell Prep time or Cook time, so this is a guess Ingredients:
4 veal cutlets |
1/4 cup flour |
2 teaspoons italian seasoning |
pepper |
3 teaspoons olive oil |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1 -2 garlic, chopped |
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce |
2 teaspoons italian seasoning |
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, and pepper. 2. Coat cutlets. 3. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in non-stick skillet over medium high heat. 4. Cook veal about 2 minutes. 5. Remove from skillet, add remaining oil, onion and garlic. 6. Cook over low heat til onion is crisp. 7. Stir in sauce, and 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning. 8. Cover and simmer 15- 18 minutes. 9. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. 10. Cover and simmer until cheese is melted. 11. Serve with Spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan. |
