This method takes frozen corn to a new level with the addition of garlic and herbs. Yum! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1 clove minced garlic |
4 cups frozen corn |
1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet and saute garlic over low heat just until it begins to sizzle. 2. Add corn and heat through, stirring occasionally. 3. Add thyme and salt and pepper to taste. 4. Serve immediately. |
