SKILLET RED POTATOES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Irwin Estate in Jacksonville, Texas in 1987. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons vegetable oil |
4 medium red potatoes cooked and cut into 1/2 chunks |
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. In skillet heat oil over medium heat. 2. Add potatoes then cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients then cook and stir 5 minutes longer. |
