This came from Introducing Cottage Cheese. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
8 ounces medium noodles, cooked and drained |
1/3 cup chopped onion |
1 garlic clove, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
1 cup borden cottage cheese |
1/2 cup borden grated parmesan and romano cheese |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 1/2 cups borden half-and-half |
chopped parsley |
Directions:
1. In large skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter until tender. Remove from heat; add noodles, cheeses, worcestershire sauce and half and half; mix well. Return to low heat until hot. Do not boil. 2. Transfer to serving dish; sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers. |
