Ingredients:
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 (8-ounce) packages presliced mushrooms
1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
Directions:
1. Heat oils in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and mushrooms; cook, stirring occasionally, 7 to 8 minutes or just until tender.
2. Add water chestnuts and remaining ingredients, and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
