Prep: 5 minutes; Cook: 9 minutes. Grilled steak, chicken, or fish, and roasted green beans or asparagus pair nicely with this Asian-style side dish. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 (8-ounce) packages presliced mushrooms |
1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce |
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions |
Directions:
1. Heat oils in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and mushrooms; cook, stirring occasionally, 7 to 8 minutes or just until tender. 2. Add water chestnuts and remaining ingredients, and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. |
