1 pound ground beef |
1 minced garlic clove |
3/4 cup bread crumbs |
1 beaten egg |
1/4 cup parsley |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix beef with 1 minced onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 3/4 cup bread crumbs, 1 beaten egg, 1/4 cup parsley and 2 Tbsp. soy sauce. Pat into an ovenproof skillet. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes; broil for 10. |
