Last Minute Dinner Ready in no time. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 (26 1/2 ounce) can italian sausage spaghetti sauce |
3 cups dry elbow macaroni |
2 cups shredded mozzarell cheese (divided) |
12 slices pepperoni (cut in 4ths and divided) |
Directions:
1. Cook Beef in large skillet (drain if needed). 2. Stir in 2-1/2 Cups of water and sauce. Bring to a boil. Stir in Macaroni. 3. Reduce heat to Medium - simmer for 10-12 minutes or until macaroni is tender. 4. Stir in half the cheese and pepperoni and tip with remaing cheese and pepperoni. Let stan for 5 minutes. |
