1/4 cup margarine |
1 onion, diced |
2 (16 ounce) packages frozen cut green beans, thawed |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 pinch paprika |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in green beans, salt, and pepper; cook until heated through, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream and sprinkle with paprika. |
