From Martha Foose Hall Ingredients:
8 ears fresh corn, kernels cut off |
2 tablespoons unsalted butter |
1 tablespoon bacon grease |
4 garlic cloves, chopped |
salt and black pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Heat a large skillet over high. Cook the corn in the butter and bacon grease for about 4 minutes, or until it begins to brown. Add the garlic and season heavily with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional minute or two. |
