3 tablespoons butter |
5 large granny smith apples, peeled and sliced |
2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar |
1 teaspoon apple pie spice |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a 12 inch skillet over medium-high heat; add apples and remaining ingredients. Saute 15-20 minutes or until apples are tender. |
