This one is great for a mid-week meal. My boys really like this one. Ingredients:
8 -10 pork chops |
1 cup diced celery |
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice |
2 (8 ounce) cans onion soup |
2 (8 ounce) cans water |
1 teaspoon thyme |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle chops with salt & pepper and brown. Drain off all grease. 2. Put chops, soup, celery,water, and thyme in skillet. 3. Simmer covered for 30 minutes. 4. Add rice, cook 20 minutes longer. |
