Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 pint assorted cherry tomatoes |
1 pinch salt |
chopped fresh parsley or chives |
Directions:
1. In 10-inch skillet, heat oil on medium-high. Add cherry tomatoes and salt, and cook 2 to 3 minutes or just until tomato skins split, shaking skillet frequently. Sprinkle with parsley or chives. |
