Skillet Beef Enchiladas

Enchiladas made simple. This recipe was given to me by a co-worker. Her mother gave it to her when she went to college as a quick-and-easy meal (and much better than Ramen noodles or peanut butter).
Ingredients:
1 lb ground round (or ground turkey)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons green chilies, chopped
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
1/2 cup milk
12 corn tortillas
3 cups cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Brown meat and onion in large skillet. Drain fat.
2. Stir in chilies, cream of mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, and milk. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Soften tortillas in the microwave wrapped in paper towels.
4. Place grated cheese inside each tortilla and roll up.
5. Place tortillas in sauce in skillet and spoon sauce over tortillas. Top with any remaining cheese.
6. Cover and heat on medium for 5 minutes.
