Ingredients:
6 pork chops |
1 tablespoon(s) oil |
1/3 cup(s) celery chopped |
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 (15 oz) can(s) tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. In large skillet with tight fitting lid, brown pork chops in oil over medium heat, approximately 5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle celery, brown sugar, lemon juice, and seasoning evenly over pork chops. Pour tomato sauce over all; cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour or until chops are tender. |
