Skewered Marinated Flank Steak |

Ingredients:
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup dry red wine |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper |
1 pound flank steak, cut across grain into 1-inch strips |
Directions:
1. Whisk first 8 ingredients in small bowl. Place steak in baking dish. Pour marinade over. Cover and marinate 2 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. 2. Preheat broiler. Thread steak strips on skewers; discard remaining marinade. Place skewers on broiler pan and cook to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. |
