A baked ziti that my mom put together, low sodium, fat free cheese, absolutely delicious Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) box penne pasta |
2 cans newman's own spaghetti sauce |
4 ounces fat free mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Cube chicken breasts and saute in olive oil until just cooked. 2. Boil noodles as directed. 3. In a large casserole dish, mix boiled noodles, sauce, and chicken until all are thoroughly coated. 4. Cover the top with the cheese. Cover with tinfoil. 5. Bake at 350 for an hour, or until heated through. |
