Juicy lemony flavour prawns, easy to prepare and cook. Can be serve as finger food or with pasta or rice. Ingredients:
500g prawns |
juice of 1 lemon |
4 tbsp mirin (japanese sweet rice wine) |
2tbsp olive oil |
black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Marinate prawns with lemon juice and mirin for 15- 20 minutes. 2. Heat oil in a pan enough to contain all the prawns, and sear the prawns over high heat for 30 seconds. Cover with lid for a few seconds. 3. Now sprinkle the black pepper over the prawns and cook for a while before serving. Viola! 4. You can garnish it with some cilantro leaves. |
