It really sizzles in your mouth !! Ingredients:
4 beaten eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
6 pieces bread, crusts trimmed |
oil |
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, milk, salt and black pepper in an open bowl and beat well with a fork. 2. Heat a pan and spray with oil to coat the surface. 3. Dip bread in the mixture and put in the pan. 4. Turn the sides till bread is well cooked on both the sides (pinkish brown in shade). 5. Serve hot with tea, coffee or any soup of your choice. |
