My husband found this recipe many years ago in a magazine, and we have made our hamburgers like this ever since. They are yum! They come out juicy and full of flavor. I make my hamburger patties out of ground chuck by pulling off a hunk and forming a patty with as little touching as possible- keeps them moist that way. Ingredients:
4 -6 hamburger patties |
1/4 cup butter |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. In skillet, melt butter over medium heat. When butter is melted, pour in worcestershire sauce and stir until blended with the butter and hot. Add burgers and cook until burgers are at done to your liking, flipping once. Serve on hamburger buns with mustard, ketchup, mayo, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, cheese or whatever you like! |
