Recipe is 200 calorie's per serving. Ingredients:
1/3 cup light sour cream |
1/4 cup fat free italian dressing, divided 2 tsp parmesan 100% grated |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
1 large onion, thinly sliced |
1 lb (450 g) boneless beef sirloin steak, trimmed |
Directions:
1. MIX sour cream, 2 Tbsp. dressing, Parmesan and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 2. HEAT remaining dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 7 to 8 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Remove onions from skillet; set aside. 3. COOK steak in same skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. on each side or until done. Place on cutting board; cut across the grain into thin strips. Serve topped with sauce and onions. |
