Ingredients:
1/2 cup flax seed
1 tablespoon spearmint, crushed
1 tablespoon peppermint, crushed
1 tablespoon lavender flowers
1 tablespoon dried eucalyptus
1 tablespoon rosemary
Directions:
1. Cut two pieces of material 10 x 4 inches and sew together.
2. Making a bag, leave one end open & stuff your bag with the above ingredients.
3. Mix together in a bowl.
4. Stuff the bag & sew off the end.
