1 tablespoon spearmint, crushed |
1 tablespoon peppermint, crushed |
1 tablespoon lavender flowers |
1 tablespoon dried eucalyptus |
1 tablespoon rosemary |
Directions:
1. Cut two pieces of material 10 x 4 inches and sew together. 2. Making a bag, leave one end open & stuff your bag with the above ingredients. 3. Mix together in a bowl. 4. Stuff the bag & sew off the end. |
