Singhare Ke Atte Ki Barfi ( Singhara Flour Barfi)

This is had during days of fasting in India. It's easy to make and very tasty too. Very popular with housewifes.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
3 cups water
1 tablespoon ghee
1 cup singhara flour
chopped almonds
chopped pistachios
Directions:
1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
2. Add flour, sugar and 1 1/2 cups water.
3. Mix well.
4. Allow to cook for a few minutes.
5. Once the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, remove from heat.
6. Put into a plate.
7. Let it set.
8. Once cool, cut into pieces.
9. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
