a somewhat spicy curry dish of shirataki noodles with a medley of veggie's and shrimp, chicken Ingredients:
16 oz tofu shirataki noodles |
300 g skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
1/2 onion |
1 red pepper |
2 stalks celery |
12 oz shrimp |
1 cup bean sprouts |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
3 tablespoons curry |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Prepare and dry 4 pkgs of Shirataki Angel Hair Noodles 2. Spray cooking oil in a deep skillet or fry pan, brown chicken and garlic over medium-high heat. 3. Reduce heat to medium-low, and add the onion, celery and water; cover and steam for 5 minutes. 4. Stir in peppers and shrimp. Cover and steam for 2 minutes. 5. Mix in the bean sprouts, curry powder and soy sauce; stir together until blended and hot, 4 to 5 minutes. 6. Toss with noodles, and serve with the option of hot pepper sauce and soy sauce as condiments |
