Ingredients:
1 t ginger, grated |
1 t garlic, minced |
8 oz rice noodles, thin |
1 chicken breast, cut in 1/2 cubes |
1/8 lb shrimp |
1 1/2 t curry powder |
3 t canola oil |
2 t thai fish sauce |
1/4 c onion |
1/4 c red bell pepper |
1/4 c yellow bell pepper |
1 t sugar |
1/2 c chicken broth |
Directions:
1. soak rice noodles in very hot water 15-30min 2. start with garlic and ginger in 1T oil in wok 3. add onions, then peppers 4. add curry powder, then sugar and stir; add water if needed 5. add 1T oil, increase heat and add chick. cook completely. 6. add shrimp, then remove all 7. drain noodles and toss into wok; add broth; stir until noodles brown and coated in sauce 8. add remaining items to side |
