This recipe gets its unusual name because you have to work a little harder to get to the good stuff. Although it uses a little bit of a lot of spices, its not time-consuming. Peeling the shrimp can be messy so have a lot of napkins ready. Ingredients:
1/2 tsp. paprika |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1/4 tsp. dried dill |
1/4 tsp. black pepper |
1/4 tsp. garlic powder |
1 lb. medium shrimp, unpeeled |
2 tsp. vegetable oil |
1/2 tsp. chile oil |
1-1/2 lemon zest |
2-1/2 tbsp. lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, toss well. 2. Heat oils and zest in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add shrimp, sauté 4 minutes or until shrimp are done. 4. Stir in juice. |
