A cheesecake pie...yummy! Ingredients:

1 8oz.package softened cream cheese |
1/3 c.sweetened condensed milk |
1 tsp.vanilla |
1 egg |
1 c.mini semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 t.flour |
1 graham cracker crust |
assorted colored sugar sprinkles |
frosting |
1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/4 c.whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium until fluffy. 3. Add milk and vanilla. 4. Beat until combined. 5. Add egg,mixing until just blended. 6. Toss together mini chips and flour. 7. Fold into cream cheese mixture. 8. Pour into crust and bake for approx 25-30 minutes. 9. Cool for 1 hour. 10. In a small saucepan combine choc.chips and cream. 11. Cook over low heat,stirring constantly until chocolate melts and mixture slightly thickens. 12. Pour over cheesecake,garnish with sprinkles and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. |
