This is a quick and easy potato recipe... many versions of this is floating around... I like this one the best... Ingredients:
1 (32-oz) package hash browns |
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 8-oz sour cream |
salt and pepper to taste |
1/2 cup onions chopped |
topping |
1 cup butter |
2 cups corn flakes, crushed |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together except for topping. 2. Place in greased baking dish. 3. Spread topping mix on top of potatoes. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. 5. Or until hot and bubbly. |
