if you like cheese, like I do.. you will love this recipe! Ingredients:
1 lb velveeta chesse,cubed |
2 cups mayo |
2 lbs frozen hash browns |
1/2 lb bacon,cooked & crumbled |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Melt Velveeta in heavy pan over low heat,stirring occaisonally.Add mayo & potatoes to cheese & mix well.Put into a 9x13 shallow baking dish & top with bacon.Bake uncovered 35-40 mins or until bubbly & golden brown. |
