Sinful Deviled Potato Salad |

slightly spicy, very rich and creamy salad. its a hit every time...who doesnt love deviled eggs and potato salad? Ingredients:
8 peeled and boiled russet potatos |
5 eggs boiled peeled and yolks seperated into a bowel |
1 half of a walla walla sweet onion chopped really fine |
1/2 cup pickle juice |
lots of black pepper |
salt t o taste |
1 cup best foods mayo |
4 tblspoons yellow mustard |
1 tblsp good spanish paprika |
Directions:
1. boil and chop potatoes and eggs making sure to reserve boiled yolks in a bowl 2. pour pickle juice, onion and salt over hot potatoes and let sit in the fridge 3. add mayo mustard, seasonings to the egg yolks and smash and stir until a thick sauce forms 4. take the potatoes out of the fridge and stir deviled sauce in with the potatoes and onion let sit in fridge 1 hour or overnight and get ready for the compliments! |
