Keep this away from church suppers. This one is so good., it's sinful. Of course, others think that just one bite is a taste of heaven. Ingredients:
2 pie crusts, 9 inch, baked |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup cocoa |
5 tbs flour |
3 tbs cornstarch |
2 cups milk |
1/2 tsp vanilla or rum extract |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
whipped cream for garnish |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, stirl well and cook in double boiler until thick.
2. Pour into pie crusts and refrigerate.
3. Serve topped with whipped cream.
