1 3/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips |
4 eggs |
1 (18.25 ounce) chocolate cake mix |
1 cup sour cream |
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup coffee flavored liqueur |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. 3. In a large bowl, stir together cake mix , pudding mix and cinnamon. Make a well in the center and pour in water, oil, eggs, sour cream and coffee liqueur. 4. Beat on low speed until blended. 5. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. 6. Stir in chocolate chips. 7. Pour batter into prepared 10 inch Bundt pan. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. 9. Allow to cool |
