Ingredients:
potato (the number depends on how many people you need to feed!) |
butter |
salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. 2. Grease a baking sheet with butter and sprinkle it liberally with salt. 3. Scrub the potatoes, while still damp cut in half lengthwise and place cut-side-down on the baking sheet. 4. Sprinkle the potatoes liberally with salt. 5. Bake until they are tender when they are poked with a fork. 6. Serve with sour cream and/or butter. |
