As Andrew Weil, MD, would advise...use darker leaf greens as they contain more antioxidants. Ingredients:
2 cups salad greens (washed, and torn) |
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil |
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar or 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon italian spices |
Directions:
1. Whisk dressing together. 2. Toss with greens. 3. Add any chopped vegetable you may have on hand. 4. So simple! So quick! So healthy! |
