This is a restaurant recipe from Guy Fierie's show: Diners, Drive Ins and Dives.It's simple but delicious and a must for coleslaw lovers. I served these with my California veggie burgers. The coleslaw photo does not convey how great this recipe is! Read more ! Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonaisse |
2 tbs sugar ( my note: or favorite sweetner ) |
1 tbs dijon mustard |
1 tsp prepared horseradish ( i used 1/4 tsp wasabi powder ) |
1 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp black pepper ( i reduced the original amount ) |
2 tbs white vinegar ( i used apple cider vinegar ) |
1 bag of coleslaw mix- i used my own shredded cabbage, carrots and onions ) |
Directions:
1. Mix dressing ingredients and stir well into cabbage mixture 2. Chill and serve |
