You will never use the box recipe again - these are just as easy and tasty! Ingredients:
1/4 cup baking cocoa |
1/2 cup oil |
2 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3/4 cup flour |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup chopped nuts |
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips or 1/2 cup white chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine the cocoa and oil until smooth. In another bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla and cocoa mixture; mix well. Stir in flour and salt until just moist. Fold in walnuts. 2. Pour in a greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with chips and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. |
