morel mushrooms (cut in half and cleaned) |
1 cup all purpose flour |
salt to tate |
canola oil for frying |
Directions:
1. After mushrooms are cleaned 2. Heat canola oil in pan til hot 3. dredge Morels in flour, shaking off excess 4. Fry until golden on each side 5. Salt to tatse while hot 6. Enjoy! |
