A family request for any party. a wonderful dip for anything. Ingredients:
3 large garlic cloves |
11 ounces chickpeas (1 16oz can drained) |
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cumin |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. 1 Place peeled garlic cloves in food processor & pulse until finely ground. 2. 2 Add the other ingredients in order & process until smooth, scrape the sides 1 or 2 times during the process. 3. 3 Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with pita slices, raw veggies or Triscuit crackers (family favorites Garlic & Rosemary/Olive Oil) Enjoy! |
