Just a really simple recipe for egg salad. No fuss, nothing fancy, just yummy. Feel free to use more or less of any ingredient to suit your taste. Ingredients:
1 dozen egg, hard boiled |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard or 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard |
2 tablespoons dried chives |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel and chop the eggs. 2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. 3. Serve over greens, or as a sandwich. |
