This is what I whip up when I need 1000 Island. It is much better than store bought. Goes great on Reuben sandwiches, salads, burgers or as a dip with French fries. My family does not usually eat 1000 Island but they love this! I love it with Nick's Mom's Reuben Egg Roll Wraps With Dipping Sauce. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
4 tablespoons ketchup |
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar |
2 teaspoons sugar |
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
