Just a really simple recipe for chicken salad. No fuss, nothing fancy, just yummy. Did not include the time for cooking the chicken. Ingredients:
1 lb cooked chicken, cubed (or shredded) |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup celery, small diced |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. After chopping the celery and shredding or cubing the chicken, mix everything together in a large bowl. |
