Just a really simple recipe for chicken salad. No fuss, nothing fancy, just yummy. Did not include the time for cooking the chicken.
Ingredients:
1 lb cooked chicken, cubed (or shredded)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup celery, small diced
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. After chopping the celery and shredding or cubing the chicken, mix everything together in a large bowl.
