Delicious and simple. Good on chicken, seafood, or beef. Never tried it with pork, but it would probably be good with that too. Ingredients:
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce |
1/3 cup lime juice |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried cilantro (you could use fresh, too- but would probably need more) |
1/4 teaspoon cumin |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to let flavors blend. 3. Marinade meat for 2 to 24 hours. |
