The cornbread my mother in law makes. It's traditional and yummy. Add a little sugar to make it sweet. We use part water and part milk to make it lower calorie, but use all milk if calories are not an issue at your home. Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup all purpose white cornmeal |
1 egg |
1/4 cup milk |
1 cup water |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Bake at 400 degrees Farenheit for about 20 minutes. |
