even people who aren't big fans of waldorf salad, love this recipe -
Ingredients:
6 apples, cored and diced
2 oranges, peeled, sliced and cut into pieces
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 cup seeded grapes, halved
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup walnut pieces
10 maraschino cherries, halved
Directions:
1. Combine fruits.
2. Mix with whipped cream, nuts and cherries.
3. Chill in refrigerator for several hours.
4. This is great for a special breakfast or brunch, too.
5. I add more nuts, to taste.
