Make-Ahead; Superfast and Easy Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 cups milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
whipped topping (optional) |
candy sprinkles (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Whisk in milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until pudding thickens. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. 2. Pour pudding into a small bowl. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally. Cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator at least 3 hours. Serve pudding with whipped topping and sprinkles, if you'd like. |
